What is STRAIOS?

STRAIOS stands for Shirts That Reflect An Individual's Own Style. Choose your fabric, personalize the details, then select your size and cut for a made-to-order dress shirt.

What do the visual guides show?

Fabric swatches show the cloth; shirt previews illustrate the fabric. Construction guides show design choices separately. Brand photographs and films feature fictional models; they do not show your personal fit or exact finished shirt.

Can I order a shirt now?

Yes. Choose your fabric, personalize the details, then confirm your size and cut to check out. An account is optional.

How do I choose my fit?

Select your neck size, sleeve length and cut: Slim, Tailored, Classic or Relaxed. Use the measuring guide if you are unsure. Essentials uses defined sizes and cuts, not an individual body pattern.

Is the process fully automated?

No. Your chosen size, cut and details require human review before production. Visual guides do not approve a shirt for manufacturing.

Will I need to use a camera?

No. You can design your shirt and choose your size without a photo. Personal studio previews are optional and are not active for this collection.

Can I save my fit and shirt designs?

Yes. Choose “Save fit & design for next time” at the end of your design, then sign in or create an account. Saving is optional. Your choices are not saved to an account automatically, and guest checkout does not create one.

What will it cost, and when will it arrive?

Shirts start at $179 USD; prices vary by fabric. Shipping is free within the United States. Contact shirts@straios.ai for delivery timing.

What if my shirt doesn't fit to my specifications?

Let us know and we will make alterations or replace your shirt free of charge. Your relationship with STRAIOS continues after delivery.

How can I share feedback?

Email shirts@straios.ai with the page and the step you were trying. Please leave out measurements, photographs, payment details, and other sensitive information.

How do I choose my size?

Select your neck size, sleeve length and cut. Essentials shirts use a defined size range, with your choice of fabric and design details.

What if I don’t know my neck or sleeve size?

Start with the label on a dress shirt that fits, or use the measuring guide in the customizer. Height and weight alone cannot confirm these sizes. If you’re unsure, ask STRAIOS for help.

Where does a sleeve measurement start?

Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist. On a shirt, start at the center back of the collar seam and measure to the end of the cuff. Measuring only the sleeve seam gives a different length.

What is the difference between the four cuts?

Slim, Tailored, Classic and Relaxed offer progressively more room. Compare the size chart for your chosen neck size. The chart shows finished-shirt dimensions, not body measurements.

What should I confirm before ordering?

Check your neck size, sleeve length and cut, then review the design details. These choices define your made-to-order shirt; they do not create an individual body pattern.

What if my size is not listed?

Contact STRAIOS before choosing a different size. We can help you review the available options.
