Exploring your fit

In the public shop, you can enter a size, measurements and fit preferences while designing your shirt. Until you continue to secure checkout, these fit details stay in page memory for the current visit. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Exploring the shop does not create a customer account or automatically save these details to a profile.

Your optional account

You can shop and use guest checkout without creating an account. If you choose to create an account or sign in, Auth0 handles sign-in, email verification and account recovery. STRAIOS receives your verified email address and provider account identifier to connect you to your profile.

With your permission, your account can retain named shirt designs, including fabrics, style choices and monogram details; fit briefs containing the measurements or answers you provide; and style preferences. Account controls let you edit or delete saved designs and fit briefs, or forget your style preferences. These records are separate from guest checkout and paid orders. Saving a design or brief does not place an order or approve measurements for production, and deleting it does not delete an existing order record.

Personal photo preparation

In your signed-in account, you can choose a personal photo and prepare a copy with the background removed. Preparation runs in your browser; choosing a photo does not upload it. To retain it, you choose a saved shirt design, give separate permission and select Save prepared photo. STRAIOS then receives your original and prepared photo, the paired shirt design, your permission and the information needed to check and manage that preparation.

The original file is retained unchanged, including any embedded metadata it contains, such as capture time, device information or location. Retained photos are stored in STRAIOS's private account service and require signed-in account access. They are not published at public media addresses. Photo preparation does not calculate body measurements or generate a personal shirt image or video. The photo permission does not authorize marketing or paid generation.

Retained photos expire after at most seven days. You can remove your saved original and prepared photo in your account; a successfully saved replacement removes the previous pair. Deletion and expiry clear photos and their associated personal details from active application records. A record of the deletion or expiry may remain. Removal from the active service does not immediately erase backup or recovery copies.

Private AI Studio trials

Studio is optional and currently limited to invited tests. Uploading a photo and requesting an AI result are separate choices. Your trial identifies the saved shirt, source photo, requested generation and active-copy expiry before you approve.

With your separate permission, STRAIOS sends the photo or approved preview specified in that request, together with shirt references, to Kling to create a shirt preview or full-turn video. AI results illustrate appearance; they do not measure your body or guarantee fit. Photo or generation permission does not authorize marketing use.

Current private trials limit STRAIOS’s active photo and result copies to at most six hours, with the exact expiry shown for your trial. This is separate from the saved-photo feature described above. You can remove uploaded photos through your account. Active-service removal does not immediately erase backups or copies held by Kling; its retention is separate. See Kling’s API privacy policy.

Starting checkout and placing an order

When you accept the order terms and fit-information notice and continue to secure checkout, your selected fabrics, style details, quantities, monogram initials and measurements or fit answers are submitted to STRAIOS. We save that checkout brief, your acceptance and the checkout reference before opening the payment page, including if you do not finish payment. The name you give a fit brief in the shop is not included.

For a paid order, STRAIOS also records your email address, delivery name and address, the order total, and payment and refund references and status. STRAIOS and authorized tailoring and fulfillment staff use the order details to review, make, deliver and support your shirt. A saved checkout brief is an order record; it does not create an account or approve measurements for production.

Order and fulfillment messages

We use Resend to send order and fit details, delivery information and payment status to our authorized fulfillment team.

Payment processing

You enter payment, billing and delivery details on Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe processes those details to handle the payment and related services. STRAIOS does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Read Stripe's privacy notice for its handling of payment information.

Choices saved in your browser

The bag uses local storage to remember products, style choices and quantities, including any monogram initials. Those saved design details remain until you remove the design or clear this site's browser data. In this tab, session storage remembers your selected fictional character, setting, fabric and viewing preferences. Neither storage includes your fit answers, measurements or fit-brief names.

Checkout uses an essential cookie on app.straios.ai for up to seven days so the same browser can view the payment status and resume an existing checkout. Checkout and order records are stored separately from your browser; clearing browser data does not delete those records. Contact shirts@straios.ai about your information or a privacy request.

The optional account uses essential sign-in cookies, including an account session lasting up to eight hours. Opening personal fitting from the shop also carries your selected fabric, style choices and monogram details in an encrypted temporary cookie on app.straios.ai for up to 15 minutes so they can survive sign-in. That handoff contains no photos or fit answers; saving the design to your account requires your separate permission.

Contacting STRAIOS

Emailing shirts@straios.ai provides your email address and message to STRAIOS. For order support, include your checkout reference. Please do not email card details or personal photographs. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically.

Pages and media delivery

Pages, checkout services and media are delivered using Webflow, Fly and Amazon S3. These providers may receive ordinary request data, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested resource. The public AI tailor preview uses prepared fictional characters and does not use your personal photos or calculate your measurements. Optional personal photo preparation is provided separately through your signed-in account, as described above.
