Exploring your fit

You can enter a size, measurements and fit preferences while designing your shirt. Until you continue to secure checkout, these fit details stay in page memory for the current visit. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Exploring the shop does not create a customer account.

Starting checkout and placing an order

When you accept the order terms and fit-information notice and continue to secure checkout, your selected fabrics, style details, quantities, monogram initials and measurements or fit answers are submitted to STRAIOS. We save that checkout brief, your acceptance and the checkout reference before opening the payment page, including if you do not finish payment. The name you give a fit brief in the shop is not included.

For a paid order, STRAIOS also records your email address, delivery name and address, the order total, and payment and refund references and status. STRAIOS and authorized tailoring and fulfillment staff use the order details to review, make, deliver and support your shirt. A saved checkout brief is an order record; it does not create an account or approve measurements for production.

Order and fulfillment messages

We use Resend to send order and fit details, delivery information and payment status to our authorized fulfillment team.

Payment processing

You enter payment, billing and delivery details on Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe processes those details to handle the payment and related services. STRAIOS does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Read Stripe's privacy notice for its handling of payment information.

Choices saved in your browser

The bag uses local storage to remember products, style choices and quantities, including any monogram initials. Those saved design details remain until you remove the design or clear this site's browser data. In this tab, session storage remembers your selected fictional character, setting, fabric and viewing preferences. Neither storage includes your fit answers, measurements or fit-brief names.

Checkout uses an essential cookie on app.straios.ai for up to seven days so the same browser can view the payment status and resume an existing checkout. Checkout and order records are stored separately from your browser; clearing browser data does not delete those records. Contact shirts@straios.ai about your information or a privacy request.

Contacting STRAIOS

Emailing shirts@straios.ai provides your email address and message to STRAIOS. For order support, include your checkout reference. Please do not email card details or personal photographs. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically.

Pages and media delivery

Pages, checkout services and media are delivered using Webflow, Fly and Amazon S3. These providers may receive ordinary request data, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested resource. The public AI tailor uses prepared fictional characters and does not accept personal image uploads or calculate your measurements from an image.
